Delivery Details / FAQs

• All frozen bait orders are carefully packed in two layers of insulation inside a polystyrene box with ice packs to help keep your bait in top condition during delivery

• We offer next day delivery from Monday-Thursday

​

• Orders received before Mid-day are dispatched the following day

​

• All frozen bait orders under £100 have a courier delivery charge of £10.50, orders over £100 are delivered to you for free. This applies to mainland England, Wales and Scotland. For other locations please contact use for a delivery quote

• We partner with DPD for our delivery, and you will be provided with tracking details

​​

• Whilst most frozen bait orders arrive on the next working day, courier delays beyond our control can occasionally occur

​​

• STROM cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by third party companies and cannot refund or resend orders. Please consider this when ordering frozen bait
